It was amazing - did it twice, first in 1998 and again in 2003. Would love to do it a third time but that'll have to wait until the kids are much older.
Livigno is full of hotels, don't know how many are open in the summer though.

I would mention that you were planning to ride TCR on it. I'm sure they'll sort you out.
Failing that and I'm a little biased but a Canyon Endurance AL frameset is £599... -

That's an option. I did purchase the frame off the forum.
I ride a 54 ETT :) -

Was looking more at AirBNB, the hotels are £££.
It's super busy there in summer, for walking and MTB. Some amazing trails.
I've done some of those roads, but to do them all together is a big few days out!

Might as well ask.

Thank you! That route looks spectular

That's a great shout if I have no luck with Bowman!

Daytum on the forum atm!

Ohhb, that looks nice but just need the frame!

Been offered CP4, if get there via bike! Work finishes on August 5th-ish so that'll give me... about a day to get there if the top riders are doing 400km per day.

Bosnia?
How about if you fly there and ride back? Ask if you can do that.
If not just go do your own thing man.400? Pff, 600. ;)
-
• #413
That's a great idea.
That way I can cycle back relatively chilled out.
How many km did you manage last year? Trackleaders says 3653km which means 405km which is an underestimate?
-
• #414
600 is a pipe dream. I think it was 450ish averaged out.

Both sides? Pics?
I'm currently riding a Tripster AT ~£700
-
• #417
Will take some pics when I get home
Yep both sides. I know it's all fairly subjective and rider dependent but do you rate the Tripster? What I mean is does it boogie when you put the power down?
-
• #418
It does what it needs to. Bit hard to compare to my other bikes because it has 32mm tyres, dynamo hub, etc.
It probably flexes less than my carbon bikes so I doubt there's any issues with power delivery (save for my creaky cranks), seems to understeer more than the others but that could be the fat, low pressure tyres.
I should put some faster tyres on it and give it a proper test but I've just bought a 42mm for the rear to slow it down even more :)

Ohh, I've always fancied one of those! To the classifieds...
-
• #420
Cheers, sounds like this ticks all the boxes. And importantly, with the exception of a through axle adapter, would be a straight swap.
-
• #421
I thought you wanted a 12x142?
-
• #422
It says that's what it is on the Kinesis website. What's yours?
-
• #423
Oh, I see what you mean. I meant my SP dynamo is 15mm TA. Need adapter as I assume Tripster is 12mm.
-
• #424
That makes sense. Yes, I have an adapter for my SP and I bought DT Swiss end caps to make it 142x12 at the back.

Both sides? Pics?
Here you go.

That's disappointing. Hopefully Bowman will see you right.
