I noticed the BB cups wouldn't screw in all the way, then I actually checked Shimano's instructions and it turns out I've been doing it wrong. You put the BB in first, then the NDS cup, which makes total sense. However, doing this has moved my 110mm BB inwards by about a mill, meaning the cranks now rub the chainstay. Will need to use the correct 113mm BB.
