Wore Speedcross 4's a couple of days ago, got a blister which isn't the end of the world but I was much slower. They're pretty heavy, is it mad to suggest that would've made all the difference. I was 30s per km slower on a 10km.
Slower vs what trainer? Like4likeroute? Road or trail? Conditions? Heavy week? Sh1t day?
So many variables it'd be hard to say off one run.
I cannot run in Speedcross threes, way too heavy feeling and stiff, they actually hurt my feet, they make great hiking shoes though!
