not a bad shout actually, my clients use hot desking and i'm always in early to make sure I nab one of the normal height desks but there's another block at standing height with bar stools I could use instead. wouldn't have to rush in either. double win
Yep, the stuff I've read about ultra training says "time spent on feet" is nearly as good for your training as "time spent running", and they suggest standing desks. 8 hours "training" a day!
