  • not a bad shout actually, my clients use hot desking and i'm always in early to make sure I nab one of the normal height desks but there's another block at standing height with bar stools I could use instead. wouldn't have to rush in either. double win

  • Yep, the stuff I've read about ultra training says "time spent on feet" is nearly as good for your training as "time spent running", and they suggest standing desks. 8 hours "training" a day!
