Anyone know where in the UK I can get a Seiko SRP777?
-
• #26883
With that attire, I think it’s just a bit too seasonal..

If you wanna pay full whack, you can go to the Seiko boutique in Knightsbridge and have one immediately. It's really nice in the flesh.

Thanks! I saw one in LA for a really good price but bottled it, just trying to work if I can get one for near the same price here. Not likely as it was about £240, bummer!

Really tempted by the non-PVD on light brown strap. Good shout.
EDIT: backed. It's a great design and it's good to support those indies.

If you know you like it, I'd just buy one online?

Wanted I wanted something slimmer than my SKX007 for wearing with shirts, I was going to get a bauhaus style Orient Bambino but then I picked up this 1972 7005-2000 for very little money this week, runs very nicely, fits my wrist width well.
I think the strap is 19mm, any recommendations? Also I think the face and hands could do with a clean, where should I get that done?

Ooh, I hadn't seen that! Niiiiice. Thanks!

I am gonna be doing the same later this month. That cushion case was mad comfy.

Looks really nice! Personally, I wouldn't sweat getting it cleaned but entirely up to you. Could either be a very careful DIY job or perhaps Alsal could do it?
As for straps...

9/10 people regret getting a dial and hands cleaned. I really wouldn't risk it.

+1
The hands look fairly standard, so maybe they'd be OK. But a proper clean of the crystal and a delicate clean of the body with a new strap will make it look great.

Good input, thanks all.
@Well_is_it Im not sure if black maybe too dark, I did wonder about a brown.

Depends what grandad:architect ratio you’re going for...
Also looking at leather straps for the SARB. Those two stitch vintage style ones are lovely but a bit faddy.

Just been force fed an Omega Railmaster ad on my IG stories, they're really throwing some marketing francs at it, eh? How unappealing...
The watch, or marketing a watch?
I think it's an OK watch, it's just not very interesting.
Similar to some Sinn dials too. I really like the look of it for £180.
