There was always a good range of Sabatier Professional knives in my local TK Maxx, stock would come and go so I'd pop in regularly and pick up things I was missing... I might grab a cleaver if I can this time, an old housemate made off with the one my dad gave me... 😬

For the budget end I'd go with Victorinox which are pretty cheap anyway.
If you're going TK Maxx they tend to have a fair few Zwilling J A Henckels knives

I need a new set of kitchen knives (well, a paring and chef's knife at least, maybe something for meat joints)
Any brands I should keep my eye out for in TJ Maxx?
Budget is at the narrower end, but I would rather get something good than cheap.
