Can anyone on here help? I need to know what BB I need to put an Ultegra 6500 crank on an Equilibrium 20 caliper Road frame... I need to find the B.B. today so I can build the bike for a mate for this weekend!

Ultegra 6500

You need an Octalink V1 (Not V2) compatible BSA bottom bracket, e.g. obvs the BB-6500 one.

Cool cheers, I think this only comes in 109.5 axle length so guess that’s what I need...

Anyone know what diameter band on front mech adapter I'll need?
