Nah, not hangover. I haven't felt great all week. Stressing over finance shit, work shit, my knee being shit and trying to sort out racing and training and logistics for it all I reckon maybe I overdid it. I need to nail some shit down and relax a bit.

Seriously though, have you ever thought about packing in the drink?
-
• #12604
Totally? Not really. I've reduced my intake a fair bit but I still don't have the ability to stop at 'just one'. Filling my house with beer was probably not that smartest move on my part.
-
• #12605
I bet if you stopped for a couple of weeks you'd hit <90 kg
-
• #12606
How much would you bet? :)
Wait, I was 90.3 this morning. I could be <90 now. I'm not taking that bet.

I was 90.3 this morning. I could be <90 now.
Look, proof. You haven't drank since this morning (I presume) and you've already lost half a kilo. At this rate you could hit 80kg in two weeks

You haven't drank since this morning (I presume)
That's a big gamble with me. :)

Well hippy, where is your weekend drinking update? ;)
I may have "accidentally" had crisps and chocolate at the cinema. Only so much willpower to go around. Weight stable at 61.5 Kg ish.

I don;t think I left the flat all weekend. Spent most of yesterday watching GentWev and trying to copy files off a corrupt SD card. Some beers were consumed.
90.4

trying to copy files from a corrupt SD card=living the life
I had to redo my marker colour chart and spend 2.5 hours at the hairdresser studying for a QA certificate, also living the life ;)

Ate at deficit all of friday until I went out to meet a mate for beers.
Beers happened, then a burger.
Then a pissed 5-piece chicken select on the way home
Then a bowl of left-over Dal
Then some oatcakes and PB.

This is it, you're starting at <91kg on a Monday. By the end of the week you'll be in the 80s as long as you don't have a pub trip planned for every evening already
-
• #12614
Yes, I often snack like that between proper meals. What did you have for dinner though?
-
• #12615
as you don't have a pub trip planned for every evening already
You've not got me sussed at all have you? :)
-
• #12616
Seriously though I have nothing in my diary. If all I do from now until Fri is eat coffee and shit, I might actually dip under 90kg...

That's no quality of life

Got measured up for a kilt and jacket at Christmas. Just tried them on with 18 days to my brother’s wedding.
I need to have them both taken in by about 2 inches. This weight loss thing is costly.

When you get to under 30’’ waist, finding trousers is an absolute nightmare- be warned!

Off to New York for a week - let's see what the scales are saying when I get back!

I don’t really understand why trips away equal weight gain. I have been able to maintain my weight on my hols over the past few years. In fact, I found it easier to eat ‘well’ on hols rather than at home. Hotels and restaurants cater for everything. Healthy breakfast of fruit and porridge or yoghurt. Lunch - steak / chicken / turkey with salad. Dinner - as lunch with hot veg etc. At home it’s harder to have the choices.
Just my 2p ...

dafuq is the point of traveling if you're not eating EVERYTHING they have to offer?

Flambé Koala? Make it two.
have you tried anti-hangover training? ;)
I was 62.5 after half a bottle of red and steak/chips, the drink weight loss diet doesn't do it for me :p
