something g-plan / scandi looking
lots of nice Ercol and G-Plan stuff on eBay. Problem is, if it's London / near that London, it's super expensive. If it's in the arse end of somwhere hard to get to, can be had for more reasonable money.
I'm looking for a similarly pointy legged made of wood table. Not found one at the right price, yet.

If you can get north then there's a load of good ones from Barnes up into Hertfordshire.
This one is OK, but there's another in the same road that is excellent (and also very good for large wardrobes).

took the day off to drive a landrover to sunbury antiques fair this morning (top that gentrifuckers) to buy a MCM dining room table. i've never owned a dining room table - no joy tho.
anyone got any pointers? something g-plan / scandi looking with, and i quote, "pointy legs and made of wood"
