Cams been assembled dry?
EDIT - Better monitor and I can see the oil on the lobes. The defence of my logic, in the first photo, the table with the bits on is not just cleared but clean, and kitchen standard stainless cleanable surface. The other photos show a painted and clean floor. All so no dirt/debris enters the engine. Seem illogical to me to go to that detail and then assemble the cams dry.
