If you're more South, the Wheel Specialist in Fareham are meant to be very good, but it's a fair old trek!

wheel specialist is a chain, i had good quote from their kingston branch and they are highly reviewed.
I was also recommended a place in Gravesend, maybe it was RimTec, but i'm not sure. It had great reviews though.

Ah didn't know that, Kingston is much closer than Fareham!
