It's all being dealt with by the architect, they’re re submitting this week I think. He reckons they have an issue with the butterfly style roof casting shadow on the neighbours. How exactly they think a north facing single storey that doesn't get sun until 6 pm will blot out the sun, I'm not sure...

Once a president is been set on.the street and it's with building regs they have no grounds to reject it.
