Any of you dropper folk know if this can be made to run from a remote? It's considerably cheaper than the remote version and I want to use my own remote anyway.

It cannot. I will have a remote version going for less when it gets back from service. Not sure how long they take though.

I've got to shift my Mrs' old Rockhopper SL Pro (15") with Rockshock Reba forks, Juicy brakes (although might swap them for a SLX/Deore combo I've got lying about if you like) and a mix of XT and Deore shifting. 26" though, not great condition but it'll be cheap.
