Ok @andyp @Dammit thanks for explaining. Didn't know the details. Wtf does the £80 get you and why a separate database? I suppose I could read up on this elsewhere but cba ;)
Edit: large scale IT- aren't all governments crap at this? Sweden is certainly a good example of this, clueless and behind the times it seems.
