Oh and bar tape for the Dolan?
Choices are:
- Black perforated
- Black foamy
- Cork foamy
- Two shades of poo brown
- "Urban camo"
- White/purple/black splash
- A shade of lime green that doesn't match the frame
- Black perforated

Not sure what stem for the Peugeot but not a black one, it seems...
Photos don't do the frame justice - the yellow really is fluorescent in the metal.

Tough ask with the chrome forks.
What size clamp? I've a nice 3T stem that looks to be a similar length: cost of postage for you.

Not sure on length yet to be honest. I need to check against a road bike but will probably need a new stem when the time comes.

3t chromix would be ideal for this! Looks awesome with those forks.

Thanks - think it looks OK, you're right. Not that much to do on it, just glue the front tub on then build it all up (at work). Might do white brake cables ooooooooohhhhhhhh!

Granny is looking good.

Looking good so far. If the forks were cheap/reasonably priced you could spray them with white gloss enamel paint? then maybe even fade some yellow down them?

If you're going to TT on the Peugeot, how you fit on the bike trumps aesthetics. With that in mind, I'd ditch the quill stem for a quill to ahead stem convertor. You'll have much more scope for adjustment - and less flex. Good luck.

Haha I'm literally waiting for tub glue to dry on the 650 wheel I have. Check my phone and see this? Why, God?

I've got a fair whack of vertical adjustment with a quill tho, no? Plus they left a spacer stack when putting the headset on (at my request). And I'll be sure to set the position to my road bar drop position before taping and what not.

Seriously I've just fought this tub on the rim and all the while I'm thinking, "I could have had that HED..." The hub is literally a perfect match!
Little funds this month though, and what I do have needs ploughing into my MTB build.

Weirdly it says on eBay that it sold for the list price.

Yeah forks were not pricey at all, so that's always an option. I'd rather go solid yellow but I'm not convinced I'd get a great colour match. The other minor concern is the joint between the steel crown and the aluminium fork looking ugly under the paint, but maybe I could fill it. If I really like this bike I'd possibly invest in a custom bladed fork down the line.

Yeah i cant figure it out tbh.
I'm gonna remove the spacer, put a lockrings on and see if it beds in under normal use.
Will also recut that cable outer...
