I have no doubt their product is great (why I turned to them in the first place).
Their customer service is a touch lacking. So is their judgement of a fair deal. -

Dunno, on the face of it, it sounds like you got irked because they wouldn't do what you wanted at the price you wanted.
I can't imagine it's a particularly lucrative business to be in - maybe they couldn't offer you a better deal and put their kids through college at the same time. The margins might be OK but the volume is gonna be tiny.
Unless they were rude to you? In which case yeah they were naughty.
Sorry if i'm being shitty about it but you kinda slammed them and it sounded like they punched your baby or something

10% discount is a fart in the wind imo. Especially as they’re getting the benefit of them having a kit for all new generation Capra’s customers that they sell or fit. They wanted my bike for 2 days (it took Nick @ Shack Wrap 5 hours to measure, laser cut and fit my bike). They were also unwilling to arrange return shipment.
I might be being petty but I just expect a little more from a company. Which is also the reason I came on here to sing Shack Wraps praises as his service was exemplary.
Not only was he welcoming and very professional he wrapped my forks FoC and offered loads of advice and served me as much coffee as I could drink.
He also pointed me to a car stereo fitter that solved a problem I had and as Nick had sent me they gave me a reduced rate also.
Above and beyond vs little to no service is how I saw it. -

It's ok, Andy. You don't need to put Invisiframe on titanium bikes.

Having me ride something like that would be like feeding pearls to swine.
Lovely.

In other news - not Brexity-priced Sunrise bars will be ready for collection next month.
Collect bars and then smash 2 butter drenched lobsters into my face for lunch. Top stuff.

Hah that’s cheeky. Would have thought they might make it more attractive than that.
However if they have your frame in my experience they do what they say on the tin.
