How much did you pay for the frameset?

Carbonda? I think £550 inc shipping and duty .. that was 2 years ago.
Such an amazing bike that. Only 1 gripe; the seatpost clamp design is shit and it slips if you dont clean, apply carbon paste and some gorilla tape. Ironic given the seatpost chat on past couple of pages. On the other hand I love trek seatmast, genius design. Never used a torque wrench and never had an issue!

He's talking about his carbonda.

Yeah mean the Carbonda.
Trek does front and rear racks and takes a 45mm for what I’ve got planned over the next two year it’s pretty perfect.

Re seatpost woes ... perhaps a collar around the post would secure it. I’ve seen it done on bikes that travel. You can drop the post in at the right height really quick, but it also stops any slippages.
Just breath slowly @frankenbike

where can I buy a 27.2 seat collar?

‘Bronze Satin’ like something from a Kardashian’s make up bag.

Good question. Light brackets work. Supernova do a nice alloy thing. I’ve seen plastic two bolt collars provided to pinerello owners but no idea where from. KCNC might make obscure bmx sizes? They actually make their own solution with a sleeved clamp and collar combo - though that doesn’t allow the fast setup I mentioned.

@miro_o gif game on point.
That Trek is proper nifty. Good price for the full bike I reckon when you compare it to some of the shit specialized are putting out. E.g. The Diverge that costs £1500 with cable tiagra and Spyre's.. Also nice that the Trek doesn't have a ridiculously sloping top tube.
The Bombtrack... bit spesh.

It was looking good until
Bottom Bracket: Shimano press fit
FFS.

Yeah, it is lame-o but.. at least... it's not BB30.
And actually, if I had to use any of the press fits, it'd be Shimano. When I had it on a Volare a few years back it was pretty painless.

The only standards worse than PF/BB30 are those that limit you to a 24mm axle.
All the pain, none of the pleasure.
