  • @rhb @PhilPub thanks for the replies. I counted up my strava kms since I got the shoes and it's nearly 900km (560 miles). I was wondering about when is appropriate to get new ones as I would rather not wait until they're completely falling apart, as I'd be a bit worried I'd be fucking myself up somehow.

    On the last few runs I've started to get this pain right between my shoulder blades (could be something to do with previous collarbone breaks on both sides) and I was thinking if it could be something with the cushioning on the shoes wearing down making my back ache.

    I'm also wary of course of the manufacturer's bullshit saying you need a new pair more often than you actually do, but if you break the cost down over nine months of running, it's not that expensive.
