I could Google but prefer the LFGSS hive mind. After how many miles should I get a new pair of running shoes?

Sounds flippant answer is depends on when they wear out. If they hurt to run in and are falling apart defo replace.

Yeah, they’ve invented this ‘replace after x miles’ thing to get you to buy a new pair every few weeks.
