The only sketchy patch on today's run was a downhill section on the way to the gym treadmill, so I broke into a walk. 35 mins on the treddy incl. 22 mins @ 17.6kph = 4 miles @ 5:30/m (~HMP), a final mini-tempo run pre-Bath. Snowmageddon may prevent me actually getting to Bath when I was planning to but fingers crossed, should be OK by Sunday.
