I just don't eat granola. It's lovely but it's fucking high cal.
Nuts I'm struggling with. I think changing my eating habits at work mean I'm getting far less salt than I used to and I properly crave salted pistachios for the last few months. Like, never before have I been a savoury food craver, always sweet stuff, but that last few months I've eaten an entire country supply of those little green bastards.
The manfriend loves granola but i really need to teach him to weigh it, it's one of those easy "eat too much" foods like nuts :)
