Yes.
Nowadays I have an alarm set at 10:30pm to try and encourage me to get to bed. Normally I ignore it but sometimes it makes a slight difference so i think it helps, ie. if it gets me between tasks I'm more inclined to stop and go to bed rather than start something else. Last night I just had to watch another movie though...
1.3 on sleep! I'm not trying to lose weight but seems like I should probably do something about that...
