Gf has been sporting the green&yellow I made her; definitely limp-snow proof. Scored a massive pile of leather scraps yesterday so made a couple prototype watch pouches, and a mini mp3 player roll.
Got a deal on loads of (vintage) zips from the charity shop, sorted them into piles of similar sizing.
Someone on ebay had some asset-clearance bits so there'll be a few dozen side release clips and a small roll of webbing to arrive in the next few days.
By the time I have everything to make a cross/waist bag maybe the weather warms up enough to test on the bike.
