Don't keep doing the same thing if it is not working. people are different and this calorie in/calorie out is not an exact science. If all you are doing is steady state cardio, try doing something like HITT to up your metabolism. or even weight training. You could try changing type of calories and when you eat them like some people here.

Try reverse dieting perhaps? Slowly bring calories up to find your new maintenance. Relax a bit and then try to cut again.
Unless Hippy is right and you miscount and your real deficit is lower, but even so, the bodybuilding crowd advices against dieting for more than 12 weeks. So if you are dieting and it's off a bit, it's still dieting.
3200 net calorie deficit last week
Weight = same
I dont think i can cut any lower, if anything I may try a week of no deficit.
