We have a 48cm crosslight pro6 going
It’s very green tho

All external cables though? Got a picture? Colour no problem, I’ll respray
-
• #2658
Yep it’s all external. You want frame only but I want to shift the whole bike. It’s on eBay atm.
-
• #2659
It's not that bad. Drill out the stops and switch to full length outers if you're bothered about external cables maybe?

Or just drill the frame for internal.
-
• #2661
It’s not the inner cables exposure I’m worried about, it won’t see much mud or anything. Internal purely for aesthetics

Bish bash bosh XS could work if I find one second hand
-
• #2663
That actually looks pretty decent

Second hand carbon. You must be a brave man.

Never had any problems with any previously so don’t see why not. There’s an ex display frame without forks for 260 on eBay at the moment I’m considering

I'm just not impressed with CF's failure characteristics.
I'd take a steel frame any day instead. -

Carbon. You must be a middle aged man.

I have been a plonker,
Went to the bike show earlier today and for no apparent reason looked on the Cannondale stand, it was free to look as I paid to get in.. And they had a bike setup used as it was dirty with a Lefty sus fork and Apidura bags...
The idea later struck me that of course I need another bike and I was going to take a wee then head back for a pic and to get details but I got caught up collecting swag and totally forget to snap a pic or get the model name and details..
A quick look makes me think it was a slate but the paint job from memory was very much more Factory Cannondale than what I can find online..
If anyone knows the bike I am on about can you post the name or at least what the fuck it is made from I.E frame model!!!...

The Slate?

Indeed possible, but the PJ was not anything current, I have in in my mind that it was looking more like the PJ from the current Green Synapse..
Unless it was a one off for a factory rider that did not want to look like a member of the great unwashed whilst tackling a gravel epic?...

Possibly a superX - it has the 1.5 headtube to take Lefty without any mods.

• #2672
You know what that could be the one!!!

This is far closer than the slate, the one at the show had a "Greener" paint job and I cannot remember seeing the Zipp wheels but I think it was a Custom SuperX...
Quirky bike, would love to take one out for the weekend..

Did you read the post?
Exactly right, as long you don’t go insane inflating the tyres to 50+psi.
Although some people may notice the difference in road buzz coming from the fork.
