I would not disregard steel. It is not necessarily heavier than off the peg alu things with stock componentry.
How about vintage steel tourer with added disc tabs and custom forks? Might allow you to find suitable geometry as they are often custom to previous owner. IMO correct geo is more important than low weight
Vintage tends to be square and I was thinking more compact geo for standover with enough stack. Not against the idea but I just would have liked it to be cool and modern, tapered carbon forks etc.
One of those curvy seat tubes you’ve done would look awesome on a tiny gravel shredder
