I'm not fit enough. life has interrupted training and Parliament Hill is unforgiving when fit. my x country season has been a bit of a non-starter this year. something to improve on next winter.
Did a session today that suggests there is still something there although my quads started to feel like someone had attacked them with an iron bar by the end.
@5awyr what vest will you be in? I'll try and give you a shout.
