Any advice on how to select which training plans to work through?
I'm nearly finished 'Sweet Spot Base Low Volume I', which has been met with little conflict from my existing commitments, so 3 rides a week and ~3.5hrs is perfect. Is it logical to just go onto 'Low Volume II'? And then work through the low volume 'Build' phases?
My objectives are pretty basic, now that I've nearly reached target weight of 63.5kg - raise w/kg to 4.0 by end of the year (currently 3.3)
