@hippy I serviced a new Aeroad recently for a customer with squeaky discs. Changed everything and the bike was good until one wet ride and the noise returned. I found it very difficult to get the caliper set straight as everytime I tightened up it pulled to one sdie.
I can't understand why they have not mastered road disc brakes yet. My MTB is probably 8 years old, never had any brake service apart from pad change and stops better than anything I've ever ridden.
