Stuck ALU blanking bolt in the threads of an aluminium frame... Screw removers didn't work as ALU is very "soft" so the screw out bit just made a bigger hole...
...all blanking bolts are aluminum. Against steel threads. Hi, breaking & alusteel marriages. Really not ideal I'll put plastic ones on now, ugly but safe.
So it's been drilled and now the pain of removing the last bits starts. I don't dare to use oven cleaner as it's an ALU frame.
Is there anything to speed the removal of what's left up? Or it's hours of "fun" with a Dremel the only way?
