  • Cous Cous consistency is what I aim for.

    I've read differing opinions on the definitive method for pour over - measurements always seem fairly consistent though, so 60g/1l.

  • Depends entirely on your grinder I guess but I do v60 not far from what Tenderloin says. Maybe a fraction finer than cafetiere grind (although that is subjective too!)
