Anyone know anything about disc brakes?

Setting fire to my bike has crossed my mind but not quite in that way.

I cleaned the rotors and sanded the pads but it still squeals.

I'll use these pads until they're dead (not long) and then have a proper go at the disc before putting new pads in.
