6800 shifter, right shifter fresh out the box and it seems the main lever stroke is stuck on something with cable in or out but the down shift lever seems to be clicking..
Any ideas?
It doesn’t seem to be that the cable isnt all the way in as I have the same problem when I completely remove the cable..

Talk to me about modern stems. Is the distance between the faceplate bolts the same between brands?
-

No

OK thanks. Reason I was asking as Ritchey make this quite neat Supernova stem mounted piece and I have a 3T stem :(

I have a 3T stem
You might get lucky, depends which 3T stem, and you'd need to get the light mount in your hand to check. If I'd been Ritchey, I'd have put a scissor joint where the two legs meet the lamp knuckle to make it universal :)
-
• #89314
It looks like you may be able to change the distance of the mounting bolts as there's a bolt where the 2 legs meet.

Balls - That's not the case. It's only there so you can change the orientation of the mount :/

Groupset compatibility question, ive found various answers but all a bit vague.
Can I run a Shimano 11 speed crankset on a ten speed groupset?
(Ultegra 6800 11 speed cranks, Tiagra 4700 10 speed groupset)
Thanks

How do I check if the bearings on my Shutter Precision disc dynamo hub need servicing?
-
• #89321
SP hub dynamos employ sealed bearings that do not require service until the bearings require replacement.

Can someone clean my bike for me?
Yes. I'm not going to, obviously, because I have much better things to do. Well, other things to do anyway. But I'm sure there are people out there who would be happy to wash your bike in return for fiscal reward. HTH.

I have an 11s chainset (DA 9k) and the rest older 10s Ultegra/DA, chain some other 10s. The result of budget reduction halfway through upgrade!
It works, but not as well as when I had the 10s chainset.
I think, but found it difficult to verify, that Shimano increased chainring spacing. Certainly it seems that the front derailleur doesn't move quite far enough.
It annoys me a bit, might annoy you more.

Anyone know anywhere that sells reasonable cheap A1 sized photo frames?
can anyone tell me if this 531 transfer:
looks to be a good match for the one on this frame:
thanks!
Seems correct to me (visually) but I'd be happy to defer to someone with more experience!
