So the driver knew where to go for the query but not where to go to deliver yesterday? And didn't think of going where he delivered incorrectly yesterday before coming to your address? Did he think the query was going to be about his favorite colour rather than where the fuck the parcel he was supposed to deliver yesterday is?

No meme can describe what I've been feeling. I too questioned this amazing lack of consistency.

Went round and the person wasn't in. Spoke to their neighbour and they noted a Yodel driver had come round today followed shortly after by another man (matching the description of my father). Shame the curtain-twitcher hadn't seen this yesterday.

Feels like I'm playing a point-n-click game... but it's only the shareware version so I can't get past this part of the story.

We had some flowers delivered yesterday by yodel. The driver sat in his van and sent a child to run across the road, drop the flower box on the doorstep, ring all the buzzers and then run back to the van.

Flowers were intact but the box was mangled down one side.

We’ll all be sorry when there are no actual shops that we can go to.

Drunken order placed on Saturday night, arrived today. Currently googling where the nearest roulette table is.

Ordered a few things yesterday and today, one of them is coming via Hermes. No idea which one coz the tracking email they have sent me has cock all info about the seller/sender.

Same thing here, got a tracker email which hasn't updated since Friday last week, the ref number isn't 16 digits and doesn't start with a P so can't trace it and Hermes are like there's not much we can do with a reference number. Bangs head, still it was nice of women to end the call, well it might turn up......

Bought some webbing and buckles on ebay, apparently Hermes will be the courier. Two days later and the guy hasn't got it marked at dispatched. Good job it's snowmageddon and would make no difference to delivery times waiting extra days.
