• It's a Bez piece, so my money is on very accurate.

IIRC CBDR control laws give optimum intercept trajectories for guided missiles; I vaguely recall doing a project using them in the aero degree of my misspent youth.

  • Is this anyone on here? (Footage from 8.12 white merc seemingly deliberately swerving towards a cyclist on CS8) https://youtu.be/9aykT5yXVkU?t=492

  • What're the chances of anything coming of making a report without any video evidence? Saw a Prius jump a red light outside a primary school when a dad and his kid hadn't even reached the opposite pavement and it really pissed me off, so I quickly got my phone out (I was walking I should say) and noted his plate and just reported him. 100% I wasn't mistaken because a car going the other way stopped for the red and he was way past them before they started off again.

  • Outcome from a court case. Choice quotes include:

Bridges said when he got out of the car, Brown was not wearing a helmet. “I saw a helmet over on the grass, four to five feet away.”

Witness in the car behind: “A cyclist appeared on the roundabout from the right hand side. I saw the cyclist [in high viz] contrasted against the dark green foliage on the roundabout.

“I thought to myself ‘we’re going to have to stop’. I started braking, ordinarily. The BMW slowed but it didn’t stop."

'A forensic collision examiner who made videos of both the driver’s and cyclist’s views on their respective approaches to the scene of the crash said he could not account for why Bridges had not seen Brown.'

  • The courts really need to stop accepting the ‘I didn’t see him Guv’ defence. I didn’t see him should simply be restated as ‘the driver wasn’t looking’. The fact the driver behind stated he saw the cyclist and recognised the need to brake heavily should be a damning indictment of the driver ahead.

  • Reported black Merc that tried to hit me.

  • and the BMW driver..

  • and the Kompressor driver...

  • Audi drivers day off?

  • These were from last week. I missed out on a couple of others that could've been Audis.

  • Had a good argument with a BMW driver - M400WTF yesterday morning

The guy nearly drifted into me after pulling up in the bike junction box (he was in left lane and decided he wanted to go right). After I beeped him he then tried to overtake before realising he would drive into the back of a bus parked in the middle of the road

I was on the mbike at the time, this was heading east towards Waterloo where Kennington Road turns into Baylis Road

  • Twat in a Porsche doing 70 (!) Mph near my work in a 30 zone.

    Reported to Belfast plod.

  • .

  • Reporting close pass from cunt in an SUV. Of course I didn't have the Fly6 because TT bike.

Apparently if he hits me it's my fault because I wasn't using the bike path...

  • this evening's jerks.

(painstaking frame analysis means roadsafe get clear screenshots of number plates also).

edit: just had an email to say both will be prosectuted - images need to be removed.

  • I cross a 6 lane road most days, Pelican crossing split into 2 with central refuge between.

Tonight on first side on 3/3 lanes the drivers slowed, rolled through stop line on red then eventually stopped against the crossing bit so not triggering the rlj camera or blocking my path.

On t'other side in 1 lane the driver was already over the line as lights changed then another driver rolled through and stopped alongside just as the other 3 had done. 4/6 rlj.

Not a huge offence, but failure to stop at line well after red is rlj. It makes visibility crap in case driver in far lane does rlj at speed. I made my feeling known to last driver who did apologise.

Reported to po-po when home on basis it's worth recording so they know there is history when someone gets killed (two deaths on this stretch a few years back).

  • I'll keep this short -

On Monday, I had a guy driving very close to me, I indicated to turn right, they beeped, I indicated again, and then they sped past. As they were passing I noticed my employers logo along with a subcontractors, to cut a long story short the contract manager from said subcontractor was very interested to see the video and I'll be very surprised if I see them at work.

  • Reported a close pass whilst out on my Sunday ride yesterday. Received an email from the Police today saying they have sent him a Notice of Intended Prosecution.

  • Roadsafed this left turning, no indicating weapon. Notice the brake levers on full "FUCKING WANKER" mode.

  • can't seem to upload the picture

  • Result. Out of interest did you have to submit video evidence or a witness statement? I'm assuming i can't call the cops and say a wanker in an Audi cut me up with out any evidence
