  • Fair enough. I did 1x5 at 100 kg last night plus 10 warmups. PB was 135 so heading the right way.

    I agree about the yoga - it’s great for everything. I’ve been doing Bikram Yoga for a year - once a week is the best I can do as it is not local. You should try it - Bikram not hot yoga.

  • Yeah I used to go to Bikram when there was a nearby studio. Mainly ashtanga or vinyasa flow which they have at work.
