Nudged the deadlifts up to 110kg yesterday. Did low reps but it felt good and kept form in check.
Definitely feels like there’s more at stake with that weight, though; a fluke bad-form lift at 60kg isn’t much of an issue but it feels like you could hurt yourself at 100+.
