He told Portsmouth Magistrates' Court he had been under "constant"
political and financial pressure at Isambard Brunel Junior School.

Twice the limit and he'd drunk three bottles of wine? So, the limit is now a bottle and a half of wine?

I took that to mean over a much longer period he had drunk 3 bottle of wine but at the time he was caught the alcohol level in his blood would have dropped a bit.
