I'm not a fan either. The only one I like was the smallest one, the Pro Jnr with EL84s. Small and boxy sure but had a bit of character about it (as opposed to that transparent gutless sheen you get from the Hotrod series). Appealing portability and simplicity too with 1x10 and only two knobs. Giggable through a PA for the stuff I do. Not so much for RAWK tho. There a gearmandude vid where he sticks one in a nice tweed 1x12 cab and it sounds great.
Back to your issue though, I don't think any of those deluxe or princeton re-issues have a master vol.
