They look pretty great and they seem to get good reviews! Thanks for the heads up!

Tubular carbon track wheels. Any decent full builds or should I just get rims? What’s forum approved?
-
• #6633
I bought one of these in the brown/yellow/white colourway in two sizes, and the XXL is too big for me. Rather than go through the hassle of sending it back, would anyone be interested?
Happy to do it for £12 posted.

Does somebody have a recommendation for forks?
I am looking for something like the Fyxation Sparta All Road Carbon Fork for a 650B conversion. Non tapered. -

So a bit of an update on that light/adapter thing. The adapter vibrates quite a lot, I've ordered the Fouriers alu 1>2 gopro adapter to fit to the computer mount. Hopefully that'll improve things. I should note, the vibrations aren't obvious whilst looking at it, but the video afterwards is a bit shakey and jelly-like. Could pick out a car reg before, but not now.
The light was good the first time I used it, until I hit a pothole after a couple of hours and the light went off. Wouldn't turn back on. I assumed the battery had run out, but from some scientific testing later (switching the light on and whacking it on my hand/a table) a jolt would cause it to switch off and it wouldn't switch back on until the battery was completely removed and reseated.
I took it apart today and put it back together, did the bolts up nice and tight and couldn't get it to work at all. Undid the bolts and put it back together slightly less tightly and the light now seems to continue working regardless of how much I clonk it on the table. Will report back after (inevitably) riding straight through lots more potholes.

so I think I solved the creaking on my cannondale;
I think we were all playing with fire when ordering these. especially as I weigh 85kg. I am surprised it has lasted so long, 3 whole years. this would have happened in the past 3 months or so
onto the next one - https://www.aliexpress.com/item/NO-LOGO-Carbon-seatpost-27-2-31-6-MTB-bicycle-seat-post-tube-full-Carbon-fiber/32781099397.html?spm=a2g0s.8937420.0.0.6730c6deEjnWgQ
arrived in a week. real nice. seems to be very well made. the patterning is more subtle IRL. correct weight. 9/10 overall. would have been a 10 if the bolts werent a bit too long and silver
again came within a week. overall not as nice a finish as the previous one, but not awful at all. there is however a strange mark/defect on one side which is a bit shit. have opened a dispute. weight is correct. 6/10 (will score higher if they replace it, which they always do)

Good source for conventional (i.e., not wide) width carbon rims?

Nice. Need Niece #4 to get a hurry up and grow more.

Clamping bolt much too long, that's just going to be an oversight when they rushed the product shots, right? Nope. To be fair, you do get exactly what they said you were going to get :)

Have one with the same clamp albeit not the aero post and it’s the same. Going to cut it down or use a shorter bolt?

cut it down or use a shorter bolt?
I've probably got the right length bolt somewhere, it's nothing special anyway so if not a trip to the local fastener shop will fix it.

It doesn’t seem to slip but just double check it every now and then, the bolt seems to end up a bit loose on mine after a while

Friend of mine bought these, I laced them to dura ace hubs.
The spoke/nipple hole drilling was just a bit to small, so the spokes couldn't really make an angle out of the rim. And in real life the dimples don't look anything like zipp dimples.
They stayed in one piece though over the last 3 years.
