Would you buy a used bike from that man with that face?
-
• #9531
Ha I hadn’t noticed that, perhaps one to avoid

Ordered an enve style carbon post from AliExpress in 25.4 for the caad. Same one as on my Arkose but 27.2 and that’s been absolutely solid. Survived a crash which snapped my Specialized saddle so hoping it’s equal in quality to that. Will report back

link? I need a cheap post for my Caad12.

Obviously can’t recommend it yet.

I have the 27.2 version of that and its shit, saddle clamp mechanism slips, I have cleaned with acetone and used carbon paste, still wont hold.

I have the 27.2 version too and it’s been absolutely sound for over a year including being crashed
-
• #9538

Lefty fork, hub gears, mud guard and looks like it can take out a tank.
Bargainz for half price. Size M.

It looks like it's been hit by a car. Twice
-
• #9547
Reckon it would take a child seat?
Looks like it has ‘anti theft properties’
-
• #9548
What sort of childseat? I used a clamp on one on a Dutch bike.
It's not a pretty bike but I think it knows and does not care.
-
• #9549
Yeah just a rear clamp on jobbie
Was thinking of swapping my fixed every day bike for an alfine functional bike.

I'd say probably yes, Evans will know for sure.
(and will try to sell you it as well when you ask them) :p
It's got a Leftie fork, surely you fancy the challenge ;)
That's a medium btw :)
Maybe that's why it looks so stacky.
Most of my bikes are too big, bar my "tiny yellow track frames" I think the lower uptake of cycling from women in the past meant all the survivors are size M L :)
