Back in this morning. I'd done a decent turbo last night so thankfully easy session. Higher reps of lighter deadlifts, squats, cleans, presses. Knee ups, leg ups and chin ups in between. My chinups were a surprise. Given my rather long goatee I was doing bonus distance much more easily than I used to. Wanker Forearms™ ftw!
