OK, serious advice required...
My Twin Reverb sounds amazing, I love it, it's the sound of me, but it's much too big and heavy for my back and the lickle shows I'll be doing... It's a late 70s Silverface push/pull master volume job, and I'm pushing the pre-amp tube all the time...
Question is, is there a smaller alternative amp that will give me that sound that won't cost me silly money? Single 12" speaker would be ace, 6L6/12AX7 tubes, master volume, etc... Will a Princeton/Deluxe Reverb/Pro Reverb get me that sound, are they master volume? Thanks!
I'm thinking about selling the AC15C1 and a couple of pedals which should net me around AU$900... I'm thinking OG Super Champ but they're even pricier... Tho' this one could fit the bill!
