Depends on their ethnicity, rate of pay, idealogies, postcode and housing situation as well as any other political/social believes they may hold or just how much their folks own.
I dunno, same as you would to a 46 year old greek lit professor....
'Stop what youre doing' might be a good place to start?

Also.
There is only one alternative to chemo.
And that should 100% be offered (and destigmatized) more than it is. -

How would you respond to a 19 year old on facebook sharing a petition to repeal the cancer act 1939 so that doctors can offer "alternatives to chemo"?
Unfriend them.

That's not what the Cancer Act does.
The act restricts marketing of cancer therapies to target (broadly) medical professionals only.

How do I tell a 19 year old to do some fucking reading
I'm not sure that they can be told. Just send him a link to the Act as it applies today (as Emyr says, only the bit about restricting advertising is still law)

Ask said 19yo to point out the sections that prevent medical professionals offering treatments other than chemo.
-

Most likely response, none. But there's an outside chance that might learn something.

It varies depending on where you live. Mostly you have to arrange it with the council. Some pharmacies take them, especially the bigger Boots, though I may be a few years out of date on that. Some GP surgeries too.

Cheapest basket out there that'll go on a front rack? Aside from nicking one from a supermarket.

Is that a bike shop in London? Or is it one of those weird Scandinavian chains that have been popping up? I was expecting some cheap tat off of eBay/Amazon

My wife just boils the water in a small kettle and then uses the when it cools to a comfortable temp.

Tiger is indeed a Scandi homewares-n-tat emporium.

Yes, it's exactly one of those weird chains, there's one on Tottenham Court Road. They don't always stock the same things over the months but it's worth a try.
Is this crack a problem or merely cosmetic?
