That is nice, how big tho'?

44mm - not the biggest pilot but pilots are rarely small. My Oris is 45mm, for comparison. The Railmaster everyone’s lusting after is 40mm.

Forgot I had this. Reminded by seeing the numerals elsewhere. I absolutely love them.

No, but the internet is full of them. Here are some of my saved links:
Hands: https://www.dragonshroud.com/product-page/set-20-black-plongeur-set-lollipop-ss
Yobokies and Dagaz - although Dagaz site is a bit easier to work out whereas you have to email Yobokies.
If you want an oyster strap then this one is meant to be good (the rest of the site is a minefield): https://www.strapcode.com/store/20mm-super-oyster-316l-stainless-steel-watch-band-seiko-skx013-diver-clasp-brushed-p-4649.html
Although I was reading a post from someone else who made the point that having an Oyster strap is a bit too submariner, and went for a president bracelet - which I was totallly unconvinced by until I saw it.Proper diver straps: http://isofrane.com/the-isofrane-dive-strap/
(may be a bit long for regular wear) -

Thanks for links the Dagaz now has walk in shop here in HK was gonna try to go see them soon 👍.
I just want a fabric nato or zulu strap more comfy for work. -

I went for it.
Wouldn’t mind getting a nice steel bracelet for it, any recommendations?

That's a beautiful watch. Congratulations.
The problem with finding aftermarket bracelets is that the end links often don't fit well and even if they do, there is a surprising variation in steel tones.
In any case, IMHO, that watch is always going to look best on a strap.

I'm saving for a Rolex Presidential. Ridiculously gaudy.
-
• #25539
You could buy the correct end links and then fit a generic strap if the Omega ones are too pricey.

As in, president of an oil-rich post-soviet kleptocracy?

a beauty. congrats.
another vote for the leather strap (i'd say brown croc) but if you are getting a bracelet get the omega one -

Hi Rich_G
I'm visiting HK in a few days. Also, considering an skx. What are the prices like in the shops there? Any recommendations?

I know @mattyc should appreciate the Kahuna......
A great haul from going up into the loft this afternoon. I think I may have chucked the old old g-shock but popped a battery in this one and it's working fine. Gotta put batteries in the Boba Fett and Kahuna next.
What I'm really missing is the original Jurassic Park watch with the holographic T-Rex design on the dial. That's a toy watch I wish I could find.

I was watching this Hodinkee video with Aziz Ansari and lost a couple of hours googling gold onyx dialed Presidents. Think I’m too pasty to pull it off...

I’ve got this G-shock, but don’t wear anymore. Anyone want it for a tenner?
I loved my Kahuna as a kid :)

It's this one I'm after.

Classy, I do like a fluted bezel.
Yesterday a customer let me get up close and personal with his ceramic goth Panerai, really nice watch, the dial numbers were cut out of the face, looked great.

How realistic/important is it to get a watch from late 50's/early 60's with box and papers? I always here talk of it being a nice thing to have with a vintage watches for value/originality but how realistic is it to expect them?

I find a two piece perlon comfortable, and it makes the watch sit less high than a standard Nato, plus looks better Imo.
any takers for the bambino at £80?
