Yes she did - very early on in The Brexits. I'm surprised it's not been leaked, but then everything's moved on since then I guess

The EU27 continue to complain they still do not know the BrexitUK wants, only what it doesn't want.

Ah, no, it's not moved anywhere I guess:) the Nissan thing was a big deal for a short time, but we've moved on from then. In fact, I may be misremembering, but didn't even Nissan later say that they would still have to wait an see what happens, despite that letter...
