    Set the goal to do proper exercise (6k run, HIT class, Football match, weights session) every day this month and 22 days in feeling pretty good.

    Is that annoying? You seem to be losing fat, that's good.

  • Yeah losing fat is good - I just thought I would've lost some weight over the last 14 days looking at my calorie consumption.
