    Then I realised it’s because I’m used to people talking about a 3.30 not 2.30. Fast. So fast. All of the fast.

    Ps what do you have for breakfast?

  • Almost invariably* a large bowl of porridge, and since I've been trying to wean myself off added sugar that's usually with oat milk, bit of normal milk, a sprinkling of cinnamon and pinch of salt.
    *This morning being an exception; maybe some sugary cravings after last night's exertions so I treated myself to a couple of Weetabix topped with lots of Fruit 'n Fibre. :)
