sure, that's the ideal - but when i get home from a ride i've got a new baby (and his mother) to deal with, i gotta clean the salt off my bike, i have to shower, I have to stretch and I have to clean up behind me.
A supplement to fire into a banana smoothie is super convenient and I can worry about a good meal later.

It makes me fart like a trooper though. Is this unavoidable or are there other products out there with less toxic results?
